Founder & CEO
Chace has 14 years of expertise in building and growing companies, successfully negotiating $100m+ deals, raising $50m+ in equity, and leading M&A deals. He has led strategy, finance, operations and product for both enterprise and SMB clients, generating hundreds of millions in revenue and cost savings. He founded Vista Partners as a way to help early stage and established SMB companies succeed. Chace is a CPA and holds both a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA from Brigham Young University.

Chris Matheson
Fractional CFO
Throughout his 16 year career, Chris has established himself as a trusted business leader in M&A, finance, and accounting. He has led and supported buy- and sell-side M&A transactions from $5M to $5B across all stages of the deal continuum, identified and managed millions in cost savings initiatives, and helped businesses gain insight into profitability in preparation for transactions. Chris integrates technical expertise, strategic thinking, and extensive experience to help small and growing businesses reach their full potential. Chris is a CPA and holds both a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
